Employment Equity Consulting

South Africa’s transformation agenda has entered a new phase with the gazetting of Employment Equity Regulations and sectoral targets on 15 April 2025. Skills Development Facilitation and Compliance Reporting

If your business has an annual payroll above R500,000 and is registered for the Skills Development Levy (SDL), you’re required to submit a Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) and Annual Training Report (ATR) to your SETA. These submissions are essential for earning points on the Skills Development element of your B-BBEE scorecard.
